Cancellation Policy

Should you expect a delay to your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify the shop. If rescheduling is required, a cancellation fee may apply. We require 12 hours notice for cancellations. Cancelling within 12 hours will incur a 50% fee. No shows or changes with less than 2 hours notice may be charged the full service amount.

All cancellations prior to the cancellation period must be made via the "view or change my appointment" tab in the booking confirmation email. Clients are responsible for booking the correct service. Choosing the wrong service may result in being charged the full amount if extra time was reserved.

For the comfort of all clients, we only offer kids haircuts to children who are able to sit still and independently for the duration of the appointment. We do not currently service young children who require parental assistance or have difficulty remaining calm during a haircut.

Services only available to short and medium hair length clients over the age of 6.
